Becoming a manager is hard! And managers, especially in start-ups get very little support in figuring out what it means to be a manager and what it takes to be a good one.
We find power in togetherness, we help each other grow as managers and leaders, and provide support and feedback based on our own experiences.

Thank you for your interest in the Managers Hive Community, where start-up managers help each other thrive.We are a group of startup managers - we define managers as people whose main role is to look after other people's output. We learn from each other by sharing stories, experiences, and advice over Slack and regular events.To join our community, we usually ask that you're someone who:- Currently oversees a team's output.
- Works in a start-up or an early-stage company (founders are welcome if they have a team they manage).
- Is ready to participate in our community. We will be setting up a Code of Conduct very soon.This form should take you less than 10 minutes to fill out.
